CPL城市摄影联盟公告

　　CPL是世界上搭建的第一个东方摄影平台，经过16年的集力发展，已成为当今全球最具新意，特别能创造庞大的艺术发展命运共同体。

　　自身不发展会员，自身不收加盟费，自身不开展经营活动的CPL以创造“世界纪录”为己任，敢于天下先担当，注重历史成就的CPL的人事原则为：“能者上，平者上，庸者下”；工作原则为：“谁主管，谁负责，谁干事，谁受益。”行为坚守“树立明规矩，破除潜规则”……由于采用了太多与时俱进的规矩方式和原则，因此，CPL以摄影的名义，聚合全球300家加盟单位之力，已经创造出10多项推进社会发展的世界纪录，并且给子孙后代留下了6项世界文化遗产……

　　CPL的行为是纯洁的公益，因此更受社会关注。一些听其言，观其行的团体、机构和单位都纷纷申请加盟去创造更大的社会效应，为了更加扩大“99+1”的互助互为互动的效果，更好的合力朝世界纪录出发，经CPL秘书处审定，决定将具有独立法人资格的近期加盟单位公告如下：

　　CPL is the first Oriental photography platform built in the world. After 16 years of intensive development, CPL has become the most innovative in the world, especially to create a huge community of artistic development destiny.

　　CPL, which does not develop its members, does not collect membership fees, does not carry out its own business activities, takes the responsibility of creating a "world record" as its own responsibility, dares to take the lead in the world, and pays attention to historical achievements. CPL's personnel principles are: "the competent, the average, the mediocre". Its working principles are: "Who is in charge, who is responsible, who is in charge, who is in charge, who benefits." Behavior adheres to "establish clear rules, break hidden rules"...
